The bank was founded in 1999 by a group of St. Charles County families, led by Joe Crenshaw, who realized there was a need for a community bank in St. Charles County. New Frontier Bank was created and designed to create a new experience for customers and employees. Our bank branches were designed to allow customers to conduct their financial business with the privacy it deserves, while creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere that many bank lobbies just don’t offer.
